How do I book a car?
To book a car please take a look at what we have available to rent. Once you have made your choice simply ‘Add to Cart’ and Pay at checkout. Alternatively you can drop us an email if you are unsure or contact us on WhatsApp.
How and when do I pay?
You can make a booking online and pay directly using our service provider. It is also possible to contact us ricahrd@ringtoys.com with you request and pay Via other methods inc PayPal etc .
What is the minimum age required to rent one of your cars? And what do I bring with me?
The minimum age is 23 years old. However we do allow people under 23 with a valid driving license to drive with one of our instructors. Please contact us before making your booking
You need to bring with you a valid driving licence and associated international driving permits.
What happens if I crash your car?
If you have a crash in one of our cars never leave the scene of the accident until advised by someone in authority. Just park the car safely at the side of the track and wait for the marshalls to arrive! Call 08000302112 for Nurburgring assistance. If in doubt contact a member of the RingToys Team and we will guide you what to do. Do not panic, stay calm and safe at all times.
What about the Excess of the car?
Each car has an Excess / security deposit when booking. In some cases this can be reduced with our additional insurance policy when booked and paid for separately. The excess covers the total maximum damage liability. In most cases if you crash one of our cars we will assess the damage and provide you a report on the cost to repair. This cost is to repair the car and loss of earnings during this period. This means that if a small damage occurs you will not be required to pay the full excess on the selected car.
Insurance / Additional Insurance
For Touristenfahrten we offer an additional insurance package that will reduce the total excess of the car. You will still be liable to pay damages to the Nurburgring GmbH. We also offer a Premium Insurance Package that reduces the Total damage excess of the rental car and includes barrier/armco damage and recovery (towing) from the track.
Insurance is available for Track Days through a 3rd party provider for the total value of the car. You may source this yourself or ask us to enquire on your behalf. Please contact us in advance to allow us time to organise this for you.
What brakes and tyres do you use on your cars?
We take care that all of our cars are equipped with Brakes and Tyres that are suitable for the road and track. The tyres and brakes will be of a high performance standard and in some cases such as with our Porsches equipped only with Manufacturer recommended tyres. We do have our preferred products with the likes of Endless brake pads and Semi Slick tyres from Yokohama, Michelin, Nankang for example. However we cannot guarantee or specify exactly what will be used on the day of you rental. Whilst we will endeavour to have the listed product equipped, this can vary due to supply issues and elements out of our control such as a discontinued product of a particular brand. We will also try to cater for your requirements.
Lap Pricing
Our price list is based on simple structure with a 2 Lap 4 Lap 10 Lap packages for Tourist driving and Unlimited laps for Trackdays. We understand that some people wish to drive a different number of laps and we ask that you book 1 of our packages 1st and we will add the laps when you are here or contact us in advance.
The reason we offer lap packages is so that we can keep control of car availability for other customers during busy periods
Track days
If you are planning on driving a Track day event we can offer you ours cars for this. As everybody has different requirements we would like to individualise our trackday prices on a case by case basis. Please contact us for your individual quotation.
Can I rent your car for a Trackdays at SPA Francorchamps?
Yes, our cars are available to rent and drive on a TrackDay at Spa Francorchamps. Please contact us.
